Peer Review Process

Overview

The journal has a well-organized and balanced peer review model to maintain the quality and validity of all research published. Every submission is properly analysed by subject experts before a final decision is reached.

Initial Editorial Check

Once submitted, every manuscript is first reviewed by the editorial team to verify:

• Relevance to the scope of the journal
• Basic quality and design of the submission
• Adherence to the rules of submission

Manuscripts failing to fulfil these criteria may be returned to the author for revision or rejected at this stage.

Double-Blind Review

The journal is peer reviewed on a double-blind basis, where:

• Reviewers are not made aware of the authors' identities
• The identity of the reviewers is unknown to the authors

This structure helps create fairness and decrease bias during evaluation.

Evaluation Criteria

Manuscripts are evaluated on the basis of:

• Originality of the research
• Clarity and organisation
• Quality of analysis and argument
• Relevance to the study area
• Correct referencing and use of sources

Constructive feedback is given to help authors strengthen their work.

Editorial Decision

The editorial team decides — based on reviewer comments — on one of the following outcomes:

• ACCEPT
• MINOR REVISIONS
• MAJOR REVISIONS
• REJECT

Authors receive detailed feedback along with the decision.

Revision Process

• Authors should carefully respond to all reviewer comments
• A revised manuscript must be sent in by the stated deadline
• Changes should be clearly marked wherever possible
• If necessary, the revised version may be sent for a further round of review

After reviewing the revised manuscript and reviewer comments, the editorial team makes the final decision. Accepted papers move on to the publication stage.

Review Timeline & Confidentiality

The journal aims to complete the review process within 6 to 8 weeks, though this depends on manuscript complexity and reviewer availability. All manuscripts and review comments are kept strictly confidential and shared only for the purpose of academic evaluation.
